Shipping Regions and Fees

We ship Lefy Ring X to the following regions:

• Free Shipping Regions:
  United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait.

• Regions with a $15 Shipping Fee:
  India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Egypt.

Shipping is free to the specified free-shipping regions, while a flat fee of $15 applies to the other regions listed.

Important Notice

• Additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply, depending on your location. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping fee.
• We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
• For "Don't know my size" orders, sizing kits are dispatched within 2 business days. After confirming your size, your smart ring will be shipped within another 2 business days.

Shipping Origins

• Orders to the U.S. are shipped from the U.S. or Hong Kong.
• All other orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
  Shipping origin may vary at our discretion.

Delivery Services

• U.S. deliveries are completed using USPS or express services.
• For other regions, international air transportation is used.

Changing Delivery Address

• Before Size Confirmation: You may update your address.

  • U.S.: Updates within the same state are possible unless local tax rates differ.
  • International: Changing delivery to another country requires order cancellation and reordering. Contact us at support@lefyhealth.com.

• After Shipment: Contact the courier directly. Use the tracking number in your order confirmation email for assistance.

Package Not Received

If your package shows delivered but hasn’t arrived:

• Check with neighbors or your building manager.
• Contact the courier using your tracking information.
• If unresolved, reach out to us at support@lefyhealth.com with any supporting photos or documents.
