Do I need an app?
No. The core SoundRest ritual works directly from the physical controls. A companion app may be optional in the future.
Does it require headphones?
No. SoundRest is designed for room-based listening and tactile support from the Butterfly.
What modes are included?

Using SoundRest
How long are sessions?
You can choose 5, 10 or 20 minutes, or use Loop for a longer continuous session.
Can I adjust the vibration?
Yes. The Butterfly vibration intensity is controlled separately from the Bowl volume.
Can I use it while sleeping?
SoundRest can be used as part of a wind-down routine. Start with low volume and gentle vibration, especially when using it near bedtime.
What sounds are included?
