Products in our policy refer to Lefy Ring X items listed on our official website. We sell and ship products to end-user customers only.
Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Only products purchased directly from our official website are eligible for returns and refunds. Products bought through other retailers must adhere to their respective return policies.
- Sizing kits are consumables and are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you cancel an order after the sizing kits have been shipped, a $10 fee will be charged.

Valid Reasons for Returns (within 14 days):
- The product has defects or damage upon delivery.
- The delivered product is a different color than chosen at purchase.
- The delivered product significantly differs from its description at the time of purchase.

Return Process:
- Ensure the returned product is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- For defects or damages, include photos and a detailed description in your return request.
- Submit your return request within 14 calendar days of delivery to service@mylefy.com.
- Upon approval, return the product within 14 days. Products must include all original accessories and documents.

Return Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or non-conforming.
- Shipping, handling, and tax fees are non-refundable.
- A $10 shipping fee applies to sizing kits, which are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges for size or color require a return request and a new order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- If possible, raise a complaint with the courier upon delivery.
- For signed deliveries, file a complaint with the courier, provide photos of the damage, and contact us with a detailed description at service@mylefy.com.

- Use the original or suitable packaging for returns. Damages, contamination, or missing parts may result in a deduction from your refund.

Cancellation of Paid Orders:
- You may cancel a paid order before it is packaged for shipping by contacting service@mylefy.com. Refunds will be initiated immediately.
